Dispatch & Delivery

DISPATCH PROCESSING TIMES


All our products are made to order.


•    Generic products: Typically, made and dispatched within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
•    Personalised and customised orders: Designed, created, and dispatched usually within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.


UK DELIVERY


We offer three standard delivery options. We use Royal Mail as our preferred carrier for their reliability, even if they may be slightly more expensive than other options.


•    Standard: £6.50 [T48 + Signature: Estimated delivery within 2 working days]
•    Priority: £8.50 [T24 + Signature: Estimated delivery next working day]


Free Standard Delivery is available for orders over £80.00.


All delivery services include tracking, insurance, and require a signature upon delivery, providing proof of delivery.


Please note that postal delays may occur, particularly during peak periods such as the Christmas season or during industrial strikes. We recommend allowing at least 7 working days for delivery before reaching out to us.


DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS 


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and the estimated delivery time. These timelines are managed by Royal Mail and are beyond our control.


If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe plus an additional 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us. We will reach out to Royal Mail to investigate.


CUSOMER ERROR 


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.


We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us because of an error, we can reship the order to the correct address once additional postage fees are paid.


DAMAGED GOODS


If your order arrives damaged, please report it with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@ashfordlasers.co.uk.


To qualify for a replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging, along with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage. Replacements will be issued as a "like for like" product only.
