CANCELLATIONS
We aim to process your order as soon as it comes through our system, so there is a very small window in which you can cancel your order. Our current time-frame for cancellations is one hour from receipt of your order. We cannot cancel any order once it has already been put into process; you will need to take delivery of your order and then return it to us.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Non-customised products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in a re-saleable condition and with it's original packaging. Once we have received the products and confirm they are acceptable, we will issue a full refund within 14 working days. If the products returned are not in an acceptable condition, a refund will be forfeited. Customer is responsible for paying postage to return all products and they are advised to use a tracking service with proof of delivery.

Customised products are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds but if there's a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@ashfordlasers.co.uk, and we will do whatever we can to rectify it.
